How can I remove or cancel my account?

We're sorry to see you go! If you wish to delete or cancel your account, please follow the steps below:

⚠️ Note: Deleting your account is permanent. All your data, including plant profiles and photos, will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
  1. Open the app and navigate to the Settings menu.
  2. Tap on the Profile section.
  3. Select Delete Account and confirm your decision. You may be asked to re-enter your password.

If you have an active subscription, please cancel it through the App Store or Google Play to avoid future charges. Learn more about managing subscriptions.
